We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nightsaber. If you have any issues with your order, we’re here to help.
Unwanted Items
You may return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your item develops a fault within 30 days, we will offer a replacement or refund.
After 30 days, your item is covered under our warranty (see Warranty Policy).
Return Costs
•     Unwanted items: customer pays return postage
•     Faulty items: we cover return postage
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for items damaged through misuse, modification, or improper operation.
